Alan held the posistion as project lead for the GECC Secretariat for four years.  However, Alan has now moved on to pastures new, and Mike has taken on the responsibility to co-ordinate the secretariat role. 

He will be assisted by Dave, who will primarily deal with the day-to-day running, maintenance and upkeep of the GECC Website (http://www.ukgecc.org).  As part of this newrole for Dave, a new version of the GECC website will be launched in the coming days.

Maria will be assisting Mike in co-ordinating the meetings of the GECC main committee, as well as the numerous sub-committees that make up the GECC.  These meetings are held at different times of the year, and the role of the secretariat is to co-ordinate the committee members and arrange the meetings to allow as many to attend as possible.  As well as this, the role of secretariat also involves producing the agenda and minutes for these meetings.
